Ergonomy is everywhere. Ergonomy is what equipment you can find around you, how is your workspace arranged, but above all – how you handle your own body. Are you good to your spine day to day, do you take good care of your joints and circulation system? Are your office or home habits correct? Do you take proper workbreaks? Do you lift your child or heavy objects properly? Or maybe you still are not aware of the fact that a few simple activities may bring about a huge improvement in the quality of your life and protect you from the health problems, as long as you know what are those activities and you will perform them on regular basis. Our training offer is either remote or on the premises and addressed both to individuals and businesses. We propose a training session on the implementation of the healthy, ergonomic style of working, both in the office and from home. As part of the training, we will:
- Teach you on how to make proper workbreaks and use them appropriately;
- Show you the complete programme of exercises for the protection of your spine and joints from the pain and injuries;
- Instruct you on eye exercises;
- Demonstrate the proper use of ergonomic furniture and equipment if in use at work – how to configure desks, chairs, computer equipment, footrests, mats, holders, active sitting, lightning etc.
- Address people with special needs – pregnant, overweight, mobility impaired and others.
